Shipping info
Currently all shipping companies are extremely slow. Your parcel will take longer than usual to arrive. It is not unusual for it to take longer than 2 week to get to the US. Some post offices are not scanning packages throughout delivery. I understand this can be frustrating but please remain patient.
Your order is shipping from Ontario Canada.
Processing time is the time it takes from the date of purchase to the date it is recieved at the post office. Our current Processing time is 1-2 weeks. We do our best to keep it at 1 week but sometimes this is extended during new releases and collab dates.
Shipping time is the time it takes for the parcel to be delivered. This can vary depending on your location. It has been our experience that packages shipped within Canada arrive in 2-7 business days. Parcels shipped to the USA are 7-14 business days.
These shipping times are appoximate. We cannot guarantee a package to arrive by a specific date. If your order has not arrived by the Processing time plus Shipping time please contact us so we can help find your package.
Duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the shipping charges. These are your responsibility.
Nail polish will be wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure it will arrive safely.
Any items damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost with no substitutions. You must provide us with proof of damage with 3 days of package arriving. If tracking indicates you package as delivered but it has not been recieved, please contact us and we will help in finding it.
You will recieve a tracking number at the time the label is purchased. Parcels will then be in queue to be picked up by the delivery service. Please allow 48 hours for this to update in the system.
If ordering in Canada it will arrive Canada Post. If ordering from the US it will arrive USPS.
